As a civilian pastor and military chaplain, Dr. Peterson’s service demonstrated leadership, innovation, partnership, and historical achievement. For 20 years, He served as associate, senior associate, and senior pastor in the Washington, DC, area. His leadership demonstrated:

For 21 years, Chaplain Peterson served in the Air National Guard with extended active duty Air Force assignments. He employed the same leadership model as demonstrated in civilian ministry. His military service included the following assignments:
